Back-to-school season has always been in September, a time when we refresh our supplies and redefine the image we project to others. September naturally embodies change and fresh starts, so why not embrace it as the perfect time for intentional goal-setting? This year, I’m taking the September refresh seriously, committing to my big, scary goals. And here’s the good news: even if you’re not fully convinced that September is the real New Year, it’s still the ideal time to check in on your annual goals and ensure you’re finishing the calendar year in alignment with your January vision.
